Which tool to use for ext4 image extraction?

Which tool can I use to extract ext4 images with saving configs such as fs_config, file_contexts, parts_into etc.

i solved the problem with using ext4.
and also I used fspatch.py to repack images with make_ext4fs.
anyone can use this in my repo github.com/dizaumuna/ext4_extractor
