Raspberrypi armv7 & arm64 support

As in the old CODE repository, it is being requested by various people.

Especially Docker images for the Raspberry Pis would be interesting.

/E: talking about armv7/arm32v7/armhf, but also arm64

Please clarify. There was #1412 but added lonig ago. https://hub.docker.com/r/collabora/code/ has arm64 images. armv7 is WontFix.

Figured out: my device is actually not armhf, but arm64. As it has the wrong os installed, which degrades it basically to a RPI2 despite being a RPI3. Surprisingly I did not see that until now lol

I will test and report back.

I still do believe that armhf should be supported, if feasible and not too exhaustive of resources. Usually, the new languages support a variety of compilations for all archs so.
