Hi all, I'm aivrar, the author of comfyui-portable-installer, an MIT-licensed one-click portable installer for ComfyUI on Windows 10/11.

You double-click install.bat and it downloads everything into one folder: embeddable Python 3.12, MinGit, FFmpeg, PyTorch (cu128) and ComfyUI itself. No system Python, Git, Docker or admin rights needed, and the folder can be moved or copied to a USB drive.

It also includes a small management GUI with:

• Multi-GPU / multi-instance support: one ComfyUI server per NVIDIA GPU (pinned via CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES, each on its own port), with Start All / Stop All
• A registry of 101 models covering ComfyUI's default workflow templates, with VRAM-tier recommendations and Hugging Face downloads
• 16 curated custom nodes (ComfyUI Manager, Impact Pack, rgthree, VideoHelperSuite and others) with one-click install
• One-click SageAttention (Triton + SageAttention) install
• A Python REST/WebSocket API client for driving ComfyUI from other apps

It's just an installer/wrapper: ComfyUI itself stays GPL-3.0 and models keep their own licenses. Windows only for now.
