Adds a text input at the top of combo widget lists to filter the list - #366 and others have requested
Allows keyboard navigation of the list with arrow up/down, and pressing enter to select
When you have more than a whole screens worth of items, changes the list to start with the top of the list at the top of the screen, rather than the middle of the list in the middle of the screeen (means text input is always visible)
Moved the ContextMenu reference in InvertScrolling inside init to allow the two scripts to work together
