como eu otimizo essa APU para que ela rode, perfeitamente com 16GB no windows 11, a maquina está travando, só de ligar S.O o CPU vai pro máximo, memoria, rede, e disco tudo ok, o que poderia ser isso? a placa mae é

Hi @joubertgrunna, thanks for posting. This discussion sits under the LoRA tutorial page, but the symptoms you describe (the whole machine freezing, CPU maxed right after boot while disk/network look fine) point to a system/memory issue rather than anything LoRA-specific. Some pointers:

If the CPU is already pegged as soon as Windows boots, that happens before ComfyUI loads a single model, so look outside ComfyUI first:

• Update the AMD chipset and iGPU drivers (AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition). Outdated APU graphics drivers are a common cause of freezes.
• Check Task Manager > Startup apps, disable anything heavy, then try a clean boot (msconfig > disable non-Microsoft services) to isolate a background service.
• In Task Manager > Performance, check whether Memory sits near 100% even at idle. An APU has no dedicated VRAM, so Windows and the iGPU share the same 16 GB.

Running ComfyUI on a 16 GB APU: model weights come out of that same system RAM. What helps most is launching with --lowvram (or --novram), keeping resolution and batch size small, using smaller or quantized checkpoints, and closing other heavy apps and browser tabs while generating. To narrow it down, could you share:

1. The exact APU/CPU model and total RAM (16 GB soldered or upgradeable?)
2. The motherboard model (your message looks cut off at "a placa mae é")
3. Does the freeze happen at OS boot, or only once ComfyUI loads/runs a model?
4. Which install you use (Desktop, portable, or manual) and any launch arguments.
