Thanks for reporting this @xihale Can you confirm if your current working directory has a .git folder on the same level as the .agents folder is also located with all the skills in it. Can you send the output of the tree command where you spawn Command Code from to understand the directory structure of your usecase correctly? Any information will be helpful.

Command Code doesn't take into account skills present in the current working directory at the moment. We can fix that.
