Command code unable to read local files. Became 'stale', and no usefull output yet.

In the end of the project analyzes it presented this statement, then just stopped:

"Now I have a solid understanding of the project. Let me examine a few more key components to complete my analysis before creating the comprehensive plan."

Then restarted CommandCode, and told it to resume previous work:

└ ERROR: File not found or not readable: .commandcode/memory.md

Until now, I couldn't take any advantage from the tool. And the tokens are being consumed!!

Need some assitance please.

Expected Behavior

No stopping during prompt. Clear problems resolution, i.e., tell the user what we can do to surpass the difficulties, not just 'stalled' cli agent.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Opened cmd command on my macbook pro.
2. Asked to analyze the current project, and to propose improvements, prepare a plan for it, and then act.
3. Then, after some 'thinking' and some error messages, no usefull output occurred..
