Account restricted despite remaining usage balance

Summary

i cannot continue to use my account even though i have used $6.08 of $10 used this month and im geting the usage limit notice; i do not think it is beacause of the requests as i just have 1,493 runs

Expected Behavior

Continue to use my account

Actual Behavior

I got the message that prevents me from continuing my session which is "You've reached your weekly usage limit" whenever i send a message even though i have not reached it yet

Steps to reproduce the issue

send a message in my account
get the error
