Formatting in setup screen is messed up on new unraid version

I recently updated to unraid 7.2.3, and I know that there were changes made in unraid to the formatting/layout of UI elements (other plugins have already been updated to take it into account).

Noticed that appdata backup seems to be broken though, not sure if it ever got reported.

The code line 643 in pages/content/settings.php is responsible for this. It needs to be removed.
