New shortcut property from process to first instant?

Let's say that I have a process occupying a temporal region. This temporal region will have an instant which is the first instant of the temporal region. (likely corresponding to the process beginning of the process). Wouldn't it be helpful to have a shortcut relation connecting the process to the first instant of the temporal region it occupies, just to make graphs less verbose? Similarly for the last instant of the temporal region.

Happy to draft the change if needed. To add some background, I was thinking about how often non-graph datasets have start and end times for processes, and it's annoying to have to create 2/3 triples for that.

Excellent. By COB tomorrow for the 2.1 release, which is planned for the end of the month.

We'll push it to develop whenever the PR is created so if not 2.1 it'll be in 2.2 and on develop in the meantime.
