1 .Add support function for direct mouse control, changes in the CaDoodle application will use them to allow direct mouse control.
The function will slow down the zoom when close to an object.
Parameters to control when the zoom in slow down starts, and by how much to slow down, are provided.
Parameters to control when the zoom out slow down stops, and by how much to slow down, are provided.
