Sometimes the npm tarball will contain more than one package.json, we should always use the root package.json as the first product metadata.

Sometimes the npm tarball will contain more than one package.json, we should always use the root package.json as the first product metadata.
And we can let user to specify the root prefix folder in the tarball(which is "package" by default)
