Adding Dropwizard Metrics adapter to publish metrics to Prometheus via servlet, since our perf-test instance can't deploy GraphiteDB to a pod. This gets us ready for Prometheus anyway. We may not need content indexing anymore in our particular deployment environment, and it might actually be hurting performance for our use case. Adding an option to disable it via config.
