I need some help with downloading the right version of SCAP security guide

Hello everyone,so i have only recently heard about and started studying compliance and automation and i have stumbled upon your collaborative work on ComplianceAsCode and SSG lke 5 days ago and i am still confused about something,basically i have dual boot on my PC with windows and linux(ubuntu 26.04 LTS),i have installed OpenSCAP and SSG with it to run a diagnosis of my OS but i couldn't find the ubuntu2604 version so i tried the ubuntu2404 ds.xml file but all the rules returned not applicable which i think is due to the reason that my OS's version is 26 and the xml is written for the 24,the problem is i need this for a project and need to understand how it works so i need to test on my computer so i have decided to install ubuntu 24 on a VM,the problem is when i did and installed with it OpenSCAP as well as SSG,i didn't find the ubuntu24-ds.xml file and only found the 22 version which seemed odd to me since i did find the 24 version on ubuntu 26.
Does anyone know why and how can i solve this problem,is it possible to find the ds-xml file for ubuntu 26 and if not why is the ubuntu 24 is also missing and how can i fix this,i am really stressed by the time because of a deadline.

Hi @Yesser-Belhajali,

The Ubuntu 2604 product was recently added but doesn't have a defined profile yet; it's up to you to create your own compatible set of rules.
I recommend that you download the source code and build it to generate ubuntu2404-ds.xml and ubuntu2604-ds.xml; please refer to the documentation for instructions on how to do this.

where can i find the instructions to build the profiles? also do you know why when i downloaded ssg from the ubuntu 24 VM i couldn't find the ubuntu 24 profile?
