Add kickstart for STIG profile.

Use package selections from common criteria listing.

Just nitpick. The USGCB above should be replaced by DoD STIG.

Verified the kickstart installs RHEL-6 fine && subsequent scan returns majority of the rules pass the STIG profile (from the test there were 9 failing ones). But that's the problem of the underlying OVAL checks (not problem of this kickstart).

I will merge this && correct the two USGCB occurrences manually. The 'usgcb' substring in password hashes generation should be replaced too, but will do another PR for that (since first need check proper SHA output).

Generally looks very nice. Thank you for the enhancement!
