The initial release (2021-02-08) was experimental and we did not yet have a user-base, for this reason, we opted to change the axioms within the chemical concentration's while keeping the IDs the same. So, no deprecation and replacement were needed.

Version V2.0 includes the change of the the ontology name from Crop Dietary Nutrition Ontology to Compositional DNO. This changed has been approved by the OBO foundry in the issue #1483.
In order to change the name from Crop to Compositional DNO, we changed plant structure in the design pattern of the class concentration of dietary nutritional component [CDNO:0000001]:

'concentration of' [PATO:0000033] and inheres in some (
'dietary nutritional component' [CDNO:0000001] and
part of some 'plant structure' [PO:0009011])

for material entity:

'concentration of' [PATO:0000033] and inheres in some (
'dietary nutritional component' [CDNO:0000001] and
part of some 'material_entity' [BFO:0000015])
