This release:
Mineral nutrient class
-
Added 180 mineral nutrient terms discussed in issue #70, the framework with the proposal can be found in the following link, other terms that are in the framework but are not included in this release will be added in other versions when we solved issue #30.
-
17 terms were defined and classified within the macro elements and trace elements subclasses and are unique terms from CDNO, such as
dietary calcium[CDNO:0000015],dietary sulfur[CDNO:0000021], etc. -
163 terms from CHEBI were imported into the CDNO classification, which involved the inclusion of integration of 33 terms in CHEBI using the CHEBI submission tool.
-
9 CHEBI terms are duplicated twice as they have more than one parent in the mineral nutrient classification (e.g. calcium sulfate is a inorganic sulfate salt and is a inorganic calcium salt.
Protein class
- Added 10 proteins under the protein class, from these only one protein has been added in CHEBI using the CHEBI submission tool
beta-lactoglobulin[CHEBI:190519].
