Update Pipeline Demo

With some very small tweaks the pipeline demo can be made to give more accurate rotation estimates and reconstruction. This can be done without sacrificing too much run time since the recent performance improvements to several components.

Changing from downsample resolution 41 to 64, n_classes from 200 -> 250, n_nbor 6 -> 10, and n_theta 72 -> 180, improves the mean aligned angular distance between ground truth and estimated rotations from 13 degrees to 2.27 degrees.

Awesome, this sounds great, thanks for sharing some suggested values. I'm thinking let's wait until after the polar class alignment to do the change develop (it should be faster still...).
