Containing a longer-term discussion is imo terrible wording and should be 'needs some long-term discussions.'

Updated the CONTRIBUTING.md guide to be applicable to generic members and not just Maintainers, as well as changing the link to ComputerScienceHouse/Constitution, and removing mention of committee meetings.
