Add course start time to each item.

Investigate adding the actual time to the schedule items in the grid now that they start at non-obvious times. Something like "3:05pm Class Name Here" or try putting it on the second line if it looks bad.

Be sure to test it with the re-ordering of the class details and make sure it works with different schedule start times, non-course items, and the opengraph image when saving (should be fine). If you have any questions about it, let me know!
