Travis will now test on 7.1 and 7.2
As well as the hhvm and nightly builds (where failures don't count against the test)
It will test for simply any php syntax errors. This is to protect from merging PRs that we might miss a general syntax error with during the code review. This going forward can also allow us to test more complicated aspects of schedulemaker, or to add unit tests
