I'm so sorry this is the worst code I've ever written
This is branched off of my result-page pr because we need that page. When this is merged I'll close that without merging
This should solve #9 #10 #11 #12 #19 and #21
Makes it so all apis can only be accessed by active voting members (hardcoded for fall, so fall_coop group is also not allowed)
Makes it so only evals group can access creating and ending polls
Gets the groups on frontend so that only evals can see the create / end buttons
