Ecosystem page: current public implementations and published artifacts

Goal

The docs should point readers at the current public implementations and artifacts of the protocol, so “reference authority” includes where to run it today.

Current public surface to reference

• styk-tv/pgCK — the Concept Kernel runtime (PostgreSQL extension), latest published extension v0.4.15 as an attested OCI artifact (see its LATEST.md for verified digests)
• ConceptKernel/CK.Lib.Js — cklib, the JS client speaking ckp.dispatch over NATS-WSS, latest v1.5.3; npm publication is tracked in npm go-live: publish 1.5.3 as latest; neutralize legacy 1.0.0 CK.Lib.Js#4
• sporaxis-com/oci-germination — runnable bundles and the hello-kernel example (zero-to-sealed-state, Docker only) that pgCK's README already links
• sporaxis-com/sporaxis — ontology-first OCI bundle assembler; fleet adoption tracked in Fleet adoption — confirm each repo successfully uses sporaxis sporaxis-com/sporaxis#12
• styk-tv/pgRDF — the RDF/SPARQL/SHACL substrate the runtime builds on

Tasks

• Add/refresh an ecosystem page in the v3.9.1 set with the table above (versions verified against each repo's LATEST.md at time of writing)
• Link the runnable hello-kernel path as the canonical “see it in 30 seconds” for the site
• Establish the convention: the site names public repos and published artifact versions only; per-repo release detail stays in each repo's own LATEST.md

The ecosystem page is live at https://conceptkernel.org/v3.9/ecosystem — a table of the current public fleet with shipped versions (pgCK v0.4.17, cklib v1.5.3, pgRDF v0.6.19, sporaxis v0.0.5, oci-germination ck-allinone v0.7.25), the LATEST.md-per-repo convention, and the SLSA-attested/verified-before-publication note.
