Org profile (ConceptKernel/.github) still headlines v3.5 — align with v3.9.1 #6

Description

@styk-tv

Problem

The organization profile (ConceptKernel/.github) last shipped at v3.5 (“Three Loops as Description Logic Boxes”), two epochs behind the protocol. The org landing page and conceptkernel.org should agree on the current version and vocabulary.

Tasks

  • Refresh the org profile README to the v3.9.1 epoch (Critical Isolation), reusing the public framing from the v3.9.1 docs set — one typed door, role floor, seal + proof chain, consensus governance
  • Align the repo list / pointers with the ecosystem page shipped in this milestone
  • Ship together with (or immediately after) the site switch-over so the two surfaces never disagree

Work lands in ConceptKernel/.github; tracked here because it is part of the v3.9.1 docs release train.
