performance issue in prod environment

this must be analyzed.

if the server runs with env=prod, the request processing seems to have a performance issue. maybe markdown rendering or template processing

Problem is caused by the CacheHandler to cache the hoel http requests. we will remove this handler. if such a cache is required some proxy infront of condation cms should be used.

workaround untill next release: disable content Cache in site config

bacause of the existing workaround, we move the issue to the 8.2.0 release.
