Doordat alle skills en (bijbehorende) documentatie van 1 repo (Claude-Code-Config) verplaatst is naar 2 andere is sommige documentatie niet meer up to date (denk ook aan links etc.).

• Extract large inline content from SKILL.md files into dedicated reference files, learnings docs, and eval definitions (create-pr, opsx-apply-loop, opsx-onboard, team-architect, etc.)
• Remove deprecated app-apply and app-verify skills that are no longer used
• Convert claude-code config skills into project-level ADRs: expand ADR-001 (data layer) with schema standards, register templates, and deduplication checks; expand ADR-004 (frontend) with NL Design System and WCAG requirements
• Add openspec/config.yaml with project context and per-artifact rules
• Fix .gitignore to track vendor/skills/ and commit WSL symlink-to-file typechanges
• Add .gitattributes for LF line-ending normalization

covering installation, workspace setup, skills, specs, and workflows.

• Add settings-repo-url support (GitHub API primary version check)
• Add gh api Method 2 to block-write-commands.sh canonical repo guard
• Add settings-repo-url to deny list in settings.json
• Update check-settings-version.sh: GitHub API primary, git-fetch fallback,
  optional local repo, correct API path for ConductionNL/.github repo
• Update README with online version checking section and correct install steps
• Bump VERSION 1.3.0 → 1.4.0

Hydra orchestratie en skill-tooling verbeterd

• ShellCheck CI toegevoegd, en cron/orchestration scripts gehardened op basis van de findings
• Env variabelen gestandaardiseerd (GITHUB_ORG, HYDRA_PROJECT_NUMBER) door docs en scripts heen
• OpenSpec config path fix (compact-adrs/ → architecture/)
• Skill evals/learnings opgeschoond en URL's gestandaardiseerd

In .github vandaag — release v1.5.1 voor de global Claude settings:

• settings-repo-ref toegevoegd zodat de global-settings version check naar een non-main branch/tag/sha kan wijzen
• Extra deny rules in de global-settings hooks voor destructieve commands (sudo, rm -rf /, gh pr merge, git reset --hard)
• CLAUDE.local.md flow uit de global-settings gesloopt, docs opgeschoond
• Writing-skills docs uitgebreid (skill-creator vendoring, evals layout, baseline_score marker)
