Release: promote nextcloud-vue beta 1.0.0 → main (PR #123)

Context

nextcloud-vue/beta is 400 commits ahead of main per the compare API. Release PR ConductionNL/nextcloud-vue#123 (release: promote beta 1.0.0 to main (stable)) is still open. Today's wave of fixes (CodeQL alerts in #244/#247/#249, beta-CI greening in #241/#243/#245, styleguide alias in #243, MDX brace escape in #245, build-cache timeout bump in #248) was specifically to unblock this promotion.

Blockers to clear before merge

• 2 remaining open CodeQL alerts on nextcloud-vue (see sibling issue)
• Verify beta CI is green on a current sha
• Smoke-test against at least one consuming app (e.g. openregister or decidesk) to catch breaking changes from the 400-commit jump
• Write/update CHANGELOG entry for 1.0.0
• Decide on tag strategy (v1.0.0 on main after merge)
