Replaces the shared generic 3-layers placeholder with a distinct icon set for decidesk:
img/app.svg— gavel — Decidesk is a decision-making platform (meetings, motions, voting, minutes), so a gavel reads cleanly as governance/decisions. White fill (#fff), 24×24 viewBox, for the dark navigation header.img/app-dark.svg— same glyph, no fill (renders dark), for light backgrounds. Matches the convention of openregister/procest/pipelinq.img/app-store.svg— glyph on the Conduction Cobalt (#4376FC) point-up hexagon, 512×512, matching the other Conduction apps' app-store icons.Glyphs are Material Design Icons paths (same family the other Conduction apps use).
