fix: global fixes

This PR includes a number of fixes/improvements such:

• removal of strict validation rules for creating a user via the UI
• new user form (authentication) is no longer prefilled with admin credentials from the browser
• admins can no longer delete themselves
• more chat room config options
• an issue where home health was shown as critical
• schema editor fixes: wrong placeholders, disabling of field name field for existing ones, removal of required field descriptions, styling improvements / refactors
