Setting up SOPS keys is annoying: so if the secret is defined but not there we auto generate one. This is easy but also dangerous for users that don't read the readme, without a backup of that key they won't be able to recover their secrets. Therefore an extra annotation will be placed that will print a warning message on the ConfigButler log while not removed ("Backup your SOPS key and remove the annotation to remove this).
