  • Fixed issues with publishing the wrong ENR sequence number for PING and PONG messages.
  • Update the ENR of nodes when a PING or PONG message received from them has a higher ENR sequence number.
  • Increase the number of NODES message packets allowed in response to each FINDNODES request.
  • Simplify storage system since only in-memory storage was supported anyway.
