Upgrade React/React DOM and their TypeScript types to 19.1.4, updating overrides and lockfile accordingly.

• Dependencies:
  • Upgrade react and react-dom from 19.1.2 to 19.1.4 in package.json and overrides.
  • Bump @types/react and @types/react-dom to 19.1.4.
  • Update package-lock.json to reflect these version changes.
