how to load the obda file and excute mapping language

FIrst,I cannot load the obda file in the mappings folder after click ontop >Import R2RML mappings...

Second, I cannot excute the mapping language in the examples and the Target (Triples Template) show red box after i connect the postgis mapping manager .as follows:

Maybe i'm wrong ,please show me the right way.
