cos-nvidia-installer takes up to 5 Gi of RAM on a Node even after 3+ hours.

Is it an intended behaviour that cos-nvidia-installer takes up to 5 Gi of RAM on a Node after an installation and falling asleep?

This causes an OOM error on some of my nodes.
Also, this doesn't happen on ≈ 50% of other pods where it takes almost no space.
