Indexing, and working with different branches #240

Hey,
I am trying the Context Engine, I set up the MCP, enabled Cloud, entered my API key, and started the indexing. I noticed 2 issues so far which I hope you can provide some insight into.
- The indexing is extremely slow. (Maybe I'm used to Cursor and Augment Code)
- When it finally finished it started over again when I had to switch local branches (from feature branch to main). The progress bar shows it's starting over but it's still saying files indexed showing the total. Is this behavior by design? Why can't it just re-index the diff files?
