- Convert context_engine_1.mov to optimized mp4 (8.3MB) and webm (6.3MB)
- Add Watch Demo button as primary CTA in hero actions
- Build full-screen video lightbox with backdrop blur overlay
- Autoplay muted with mute/unmute toggle and close controls
- Escape key and click-outside to dismiss
- Smooth fade-in + slide-up animations
- Responsive at 768px breakpoint
