MDSL generator: use Domain Vision Statements

Generate the Domain Vision Statements (DVSs) of the upstream and downstream Bounded Contexts to the MDSL file too.

* Generate the upstream DVS as comment on the provider (or contract on the top.)
* Generate the downstream DVS as comment on the client.
