SteamDaddy v1.0.4 - The Dual Mode Update

This release introduces a major architectural upgrade to SteamDaddy, giving you more control and stability when bypassing SteamTools backend outages.

✨ What's New

  • 🔀 Dual Mode Architecture (Daddy Mode Beta): You can now seamlessly toggle between the standard SteamTools Mode and our new custom Daddy Mode.
    • Daddy Mode bypasses the SteamTools dependency layer entirely. This is the ultimate fix if you are still experiencing stubborn "No Internet Connection" or Purchase Issue errors after a standard repair.
  • 🔘 Sleek UI Toggle: We've added a custom, non-intrusive pill toggle in the top-left corner so you can switch modes on the fly.
  • 🔌 Native Millennium Plugin Integration: You no longer need to manually manage the plugin files. Click the "Install Plugin" button to automatically inject the SteamDaddy unlock UI directly into your Steam client (requires Millennium).
  • 🛡️ Context-Aware Safety: Repair functions ("Repair SteamTools", "Revert Repair", etc.) are now intelligently hidden when you are in Daddy Mode to prevent accidental file corruption.

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed file-lock errors (os error 32) during payload deployment by ensuring Steam processes are gracefully terminated before swapping DLLs.
  • Cleaned up the drag-and-drop .lua logic to properly purge old manifests before injecting new ones.
  • Improved error handling and status messages in the UI.

How to use Daddy Mode: Just click the toggle! All existing features (API fetch, drag-and-drop) work perfectly in both modes. If one mode is giving you trouble, switch to the other.
