oldeditgraph references deprecated DHGWorkflow editor while editgraph uses concore-editor

The oldeditgraph script opens https://pradeeban.github.io/DHGWorkflow/ while the current editgraph opens https://controlcore-project.github.io/concore-editor/. The old script should be either:

1. Removed from the repository since it points to a deprecated tool
2. Or clearly marked as deprecated with a note pointing users to editgraph

Having both scripts without clear documentation may confuse users about which graph editor to use.

Rather, replace the link https://pradeeban.github.io/DHGWorkflow/ with https://kathiravelulab.github.io/DHGWorkflow/
