HOTFIX #420: Lave-Go deploy pipeline (web → AAB/APK SFTP → Play) Independent of Controle Online deploy.yml.

ci: fully separate Controle Online and Lave-Go pipelines
ci(deploy): web matrix MANAGER + SHOP + ADMIN, each with own FTP Production FTP secrets: FTPHOST (manager), SHOP_*, ADMIN_*. dev/staging use environment FTP secrets for all three app_types.
ci: only deploy.yml + deploy-lave-go.yml Deploy Controle Online: 1. configure (dev|staging|master) 2. web always 3. android AAB/APK + lg-webOS only on master (no native staging) Deploy Lave-Go remains the FTP exception. Native apps publish from master (not production branch).
ci: consolidate workflows — root entrypoints + actions folders GitHub only loads workflows/*.yml at the root (no subfolders). Shared logic moved to composite actions: .github/actions/android-build/ .github/actions/web-export-deploy/ Root entrypoints only: android.yml, android-lavego.yml, web.yml, lg-webos.yml (+ PR checks / preflight / validate) Removed duplicated android/cielo/web-deploy-* copies.
