Financial entry creation

Issue #320 restored the default creation flow for financial entries when a custom add screen is not provided.

• Receivables keep the active company as receiver; the user selects the payer.
• Payables keep the active company as payer; the user selects the receiver.
• Receivables show destinationWallet; payables show sourceWallet.
• paymentType is loaded from the selected wallet through walletPaymentType.
• invoiceType is implicit and sent as invoice; it is not shown in the form.
• Invoice status options remain shared for both directions.
