I've encountered the same issue as well. After comparing the files in my project, I found that there was a GUID conflict. The problem was resolved after I modified the GUID of PortManager. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi @AkiraMo, any chance you would be willing to do a small PR that checks if there's a GUID conflict and fixes it (or errors with a fix message) if so?
