Python server throws non-critical errors when importing

When installing the package, you'll get a bunch of .meta file missing errors. These don't actually affect the project in any way and can be cleared, but it's not a good user experience.

Proposed fix:

• Copy out the python server to a ~/local/ folder and run from there

This will also have the added benefit of only needing to install one server for all unity projects and so will reduce any bloat.
