This PR is a total overhaul of the way the project is installed. Instead of bringing the MCP Server and the Unity Bridge in the same package, they now will be installed separately on the user's computer. Unity MCP Bridge will be installed as a plugin and will automatically install and update the MCP Server as a standalone application on the user's machine.
