fix(terminal): resolve TypeScript errors in terminal components

Summary

This PR fixes TypeScript errors in the terminal components as identified in the AGENT3.md orchestration document.

Changes

TerminalPanel.tsx

• Fix TS2554: Added search term argument to findNext() and findPrevious() calls in the F3 keyboard handler. These methods now correctly pass getPersistedSearchQuery() from TerminalFind.
• Fix TS2353: Removed fastScrollModifier and fastScrollSensitivity options which don't exist in the current xterm.js types.
• Prefixed unused constants and functions with underscore to suppress warnings.
• Added eslint-disable comments for intentionally imported but not directly used components (TerminalQuickFix, TerminalStickyScroll, TerminalFind).

TerminalQuickFix.tsx

• Fix TS2322: Properly handle CSS position values by converting number types to strings with 'px' suffix.
• Removed unused batch import from solid-js.
• Prefixed unused info and terminalId parameters with underscore.

TerminalStickyScroll.tsx

• Fix TS2484: Removed duplicate export type declarations that conflicted with already exported interfaces.
• Prefixed unused getTracker function with underscore.

TerminalFind.tsx

• Removed unused imports (Input, Button, Text, Card).
• Added getPersistedSearchQuery() export function to allow external access to the current search term.

Testing

• Verified TypeScript type-checking passes without the specific errors mentioned in AGENT3.md (TS2554, TS2322, TS2353, TS2484)
• Remaining errors are TS6133 (unused variables) which are intentional for future feature integration
