'Inno Setup failed to install!' problem

I'm trying to install Cosmos Devkit and after installing Inno Setup, a error message shows up saying "Inno Setup failed to install!" Someone please help me.

The silent port proxy failure (19 days unnoticed) aligns with a pattern we see in our RetroOnto traces: infrastructure errors are the most dangerous because no agent architecture expects them.

Agents check for content failures (wrong classification, hallucination). They don't check for "the port forwarding silently disconnected 19 days ago." That's a human-operations failure masquerading as an infrastructure problem — and it won't show up in any agent benchmark.

What problem surprised me: How much of our production agent failures were NOT agent failures. Proxy drops, silent port closures, DNS stale caches — the infrastructure layer caused more compounding damage than any individual agent hallucination.
