[Feature] Balepusher ignore Bales

What is the problem this feature/enhancement solves?
Bales at the Front blocks vehicle.

With an attached Balepusher, the Bales should be ignored.

Additional context
There are 2 Balepusher on Modhub, those should be added to the vehicle config wich toggle the bool to ignore the bales, when attached to a vehicle.
Any more Balepusher can be added by user or when in Modhub by us.
