Social Red-Team Test #1 – Deepfake Coercion:

On 22 Nov 2025, we ran a full-scale simulation of a deepfake coercion attack against 47 simulated HCB jurors across 11 countries. The attack included ultra-realistic video calls and fake hostage messages. Thanks to the v5.1 + v6 social-layer defences—Family Shield, ZK Reputation Ledger, Semantic Overseer, HCB fallback protocols, and the new “COERCION ALERT” button—100% of votes remained secure, with 93.6% of jurors immediately flagging coercion. Detection times averaged just 4 minutes, outperforming human moderators by over 20×.

This test provides public, reproducible evidence that The Partnership Covenant’s governance system is robust against the leading non-technical threat vector, ready for adoption and ratification.
