operators library is not a standalone repo but rather included in utility.
Compare the following pages for discrepancies:

operators page
utility page
Note that boost/operators.hpp is the second most included header in utility page.
Info like this should also be shown on operators page.

Issue 3:
move page has boostorg/move in External Consumers table when ordered by Header Includes.
