User can create/improve Skill directly from a completed task.
In the tasks panel, a 'Create Skill' will appear on the top bar when selecting a completed task.
Then, clicking on the button will bring up a modal for user to prompt for Skill name. If the task was using a skill, it will have options to either create a new action or improve the used skill.
Then, agent will create a special workflow to turn them into skill.
Note that task created from special workflow will not have create/improve skill option (filter required).
